Milestones of Cultural Work

Founding Phase

In spring 2021, we started with a small team of cultural educators and artists. Initial workshops took place in rented rooms, and the equipment was modest. The focus was on building a trusting network.

Growth Phase

From 2022, permanent cooperation partners from schools and communities joined. We developed modular workshop formats that could be adapted to different age groups and prior knowledge. Demand increased steadily.

Establishment Phase

Since 2023, we have had our own mobile studios and a permanent office in the city center. Regular exhibitions and open studio days make our work visible. The team has grown to ten permanent employees.

  1. March 2021

    First Workshop

A three-day print workshop with young people laid the foundation for the later program. The number of participants was limited to 15, and all places were taken.

  2. September 2021

    Cooperation with the City Library

Together with the library, a monthly creative workshop for children was created. The format quickly became a permanent part of the city's cultural offerings.

  3. June 2022

    First Mobile Action

With a converted delivery van, we drove to three villages in the area. The action reached over 80 participants, including many families.

  4. February 2023

    Opening of the Cultural Studio

A former retail space became a permanent venue for workshops, meetings, and small exhibitions. The opening exhibition showcased works from previous projects.

  5. November 2023

    Participatory Exhibition

A group of 12 lay curators realized their own show under guidance. The exhibition ran for three weeks and attracted around 400 visitors.

Why we do what we do

Culture and education are not separate worlds. We create spaces where creative collaboration becomes the engine for new forms of learning – beyond rigid curricula and entrenched hierarchies.

Openness as an attitude Every person brings their own experiences and perspectives. Our project thrives on the willingness not only to tolerate this diversity, but to actively involve it in the design process.

Creativity as a method Whether analog drawing, digital composing, or collaborative curating – artistic techniques help us think about complex topics differently and develop new solutions.

Impact over growth Our success is not measured by reach or participant numbers, but by the question: Has the way people learn and work together changed?

Sustainability in the small Instead of one-off large events, we focus on long-term support. A project does not end with the exhibition – it begins the dialogue that is carried forward.

Our Self-Image

Shaping Culture Together

We are a team of cultural mediators, educators, and creatives. Our work combines cultural education with modern project management – for people seeking new ways of learning and collaborating.

Who We Work For

Our offerings are aimed at schools, cultural institutions, communities, and initiatives that want to develop creative educational formats. We accompany groups that wish to implement participatory projects – from the initial idea to the public presentation.

Target groups: educational institutions, cultural associations, open workshops

Our Approach

We rely on collaborative processes in which all participants act as creators. Instead of pre-made concepts, we develop tailored formats together with the participants, allowing room for experimentation and independent learning.

Method: participatory, process-oriented, hybrid

Our Tone

We communicate clearly, appreciatively, and without jargon. Our language is inviting but precise. We explain why we do something and leave room for questions. Mistakes are welcome – they are part of the learning process.

Principle: transparent, respectful, encouraging

What Sets Us Apart

Our projects arise from practice and for practice. We work with real groups, real places, and concrete materials. Each project is a unique creation tailored to the needs of those involved – without standardized solutions.

Specialty: site-specific, needs-oriented, sustainable
